lucy and tiana provided amazing customer service, so attentive. i booked a spa treatment at short notice and it was very relaxing. the spa itself felt heavenly. i am so grateful for the experience.
the outdoor vitality pool lacked real jets or bubbles, it was a bit disappointing.

The spa was super clean. The pool had jets. The sauna and steam room were also great.
The room decor was somewhat dated. The bed and pillows were not particularly comfortable. I found the room needed a good update.

the dinner was amazing. i had the best spa experience. the grounds were really good, but the hotel was beautiful. camilla at reception was really helpful. she was a lovely lady.
the afternoon tea was average. the vegan panna cotta did not have any flavour. it was quite tricky to eat the way they served it.

the garden view from my master double or twin room was lovely. i really like that it had a coffee machine. the gluten free biscuits was a nice touch.
the window retainers was broken. i expected to have opening windows for this much money. also, the bar service was disorganised.
